As a part of YouTube’s Marketing (YTM) organization, Strategy and Operations (S&O) professionals in provide business critical insights and analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
As the Strategy and Operations Associate, you will work with teams in all YouTube geographies and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve our toughest challenges, execute workstreams on high priority projects, and achieve greater operational excellence within Marketing. In this role, you will devise and enable YouTube Marketing’s overall strategic and annual plans, analyzing metrics to drive business performance, and delivering high visibility strategic projects across YTM.
As a part of this role, you will need strong business acumen and operational aptitude as well as exceptional people/communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels. In this role, the ideal candidates should have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort with broad-reaching and ambiguous questions.Know the user. US: $95000 - $136000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
