We are seeking an exceptional Global Marketing Director to guide strategic growth and market development as we tap into new and expanded markets. This pivotal role will shape global market strategy, identify new growth opportunities, strengthen customer value propositions, and drive initiatives that expand our reach and impact around the world.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded individual to influence the future direction of a growing global business, partner with executive leadership, and help define the next chapter of success for Certified Labs. Preferred candidates will reside in the vicinity of Dallas, TX, or within the vicinity of a major airport.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Support the development and execution of the global growth strategy for the Lubricants Business Unit
• Drive strategic marketing initiatives for Lubricants and adjacent technologies that identify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities
• Develop compelling sector value propositions
• Define priority sectors and subsectors at country, regional, and global levels
• Direct selected Lubricant sector strategies and support successful activation across global regions
• Support regional strategy activation, growth navigator initiatives, and sector playbooks
• Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and blueprinting initiatives to uncover opportunities in adjacent markets and technologies
• Own market intelligence activities, including market sizing, segmentation analysis, serviceable available market assessments, and growth forecasting
• Identify and evaluate external growth opportunities, supporting M&A strategy and market expansion efforts
• Oversee capability and growth projects across the business
• Own narrative development for IPO and Investor Relations activities
• Support commercial, technical, innovation, and regional teams to align strategy with execution and business results
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, innovation, product development, or related roles at a regional or global level
• Strong B2B experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience in Lubricants or related industrial markets
• Strong understanding of Lubricants sectors and customer challenges, particularly within agriculture, construction, manufacturing, food & beverage, transport, mining, oil & gas, forestry, waste and bio-mass industries
• Demonstrated experience developing market strategies, value propositions, and growth plans for technical solutions and Lubricants services
• Excellent analytical skills and structured way of working, strong communication skills
• Fluency in English required; additional language capabilities are a plus
• Strong collaborator, comfortable interacting across multiple organization levels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new growth opportunities
