Job Description

The Keenfinity Group delivers professional communication and security solutions that connect and protect people and assets. Following its carve-out from the Bosch Group in mid-2025, it operates as independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton. The Group’s four Businesses include Audio delivering professional communication products of the globally renowned brands Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS and Telex, IQSIGHT Video Systems, Radionix Intrusion & Access, and KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). In fiscal year 2025, the group generated revenues of over €1 billion and employed approximately 4,000 people across more than 40 countries.

  • Lead and manage a global material field for Electro-Mechanics components across Portugal, Germany, China, and Mexico.
  • Analyze global procurement markets, supplier landscapes, and material field developments.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and supplier strategies aligned with global purchasing and business objectives.
  • Define and continuously optimize the global supplier panel.
  • Manage supplier relationships and strategic development within the assigned categories.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across international sites and functions.
  • Take full responsibility for purchasing processes, including: Commercial negotiations, Contract management, Supplier selection and awarding, Price negotiations, Delivery escalations and operational support
  • Support fast quotation processes as local purchasing support.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for the assigned material field.
  • Drive monthly and weekly KPI tracking, reporting, and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for the material field.
  • Ensure sustainable annual cost savings through strategic negotiations and supplier awarding decisions.
  • Initiate, manage, and execute technical cost reduction projects in close cooperation with suppliers and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing of direct materials within a global industrial or EMS environment.
  • Strong experience in procurement of mechanical components.
  • Proven track record in: Global supplier strategy development, International negotiations, Cost structure analysis, Cross-functional stakeholder management, Experience working in a global commodity or material field management environment.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented personality.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and target orientation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, structured, and well-organized working style.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced international environments.
  • Ability to independently drive projects and decisions on a global scale
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
