Le poste de Store Logistics Lead Expert est basĂ© au sein du dĂ©partement Corporate de la Supply Chain Global, dans l’une des 8 expertises mĂ©tiers : Store Logistics, et est rattaché·e au·à la Global Practice Leader Store Logistics.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre communauté mondiale Supply Chain, nous recherchons un·e Store Logistics Expert Lead pour accompagner la transformation stratégique de la logistique magasin chez ADEO.

Votre objectif principal sera de structurer et piloter les projets liĂ©s Ă  la logistique magasin afin d’atteindre notre ambition 2030 : devenir une rĂ©fĂ©rence de la logistique magasin dans le secteur du bricolage, en s’appuyant sur des processus robustes, des Ă©quipes compĂ©tentes, une culture Lean et des systĂšmes technologiques intĂ©grĂ©s, garantissant des niveaux Ă©levĂ©s de service et d’efficacitĂ© durables.

🎯 VOTRE MISSION

1. Piloter la performance et la stratégie

  • DĂ©finir et structurer les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) clĂ©s pour la logistique magasin, en s’appuyant sur nos piliers stratĂ©giques (planification des flux, fiabilitĂ© du stock, expĂ©rience client, efficacitĂ© durable, qualitĂ© du stock).

  • Animer la gouvernance du plan stratĂ©gique de la logistique magasin, en accompagnant les Business Units dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.

  • Co-construire les outils de pilotage et d’analyse (ex : Power BI) en collaboration avec les Ă©quipes data, afin de suivre la performance, identifier les axes d’amĂ©lioration et prendre des dĂ©cisions basĂ©es sur les donnĂ©es.

2. Standardiser et améliorer les processus

  • DĂ©velopper un modĂšle logistique global standardisĂ©, scalable et adaptable localement, en s’appuyant sur la culture Lean.

  • Co-construire les roadmaps des outils digitaux (ex : Store WMS) en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Ă©quipes digitales, afin d’assurer l’alignement entre les processus mĂ©tiers et les solutions technologiques.

  • Piloter des projets d’amĂ©lioration continue transverses pour optimiser l’efficacitĂ©, rĂ©duire les coĂ»ts et Ă©liminer les tĂąches sans valeur ajoutĂ©e.

  • Garantir le dĂ©ploiement de rĂ©fĂ©rentiels et de bonnes pratiques pour industrialiser les opĂ©rations logistiques Ă  l’échelle du Groupe.

3. Animer la communauté et développer les compétences

  • Co-animer la communautĂ© mondiale des expert·e·s de la logistique magasin, en favorisant le partage de connaissances et la montĂ©e en compĂ©tence collective.

  • Accompagner les Ă©quipes locales dans l’adoption des nouvelles mĂ©thodes, outils et processus.

  • Soutenir le·la Global Practice Leader dans la structuration et l’animation de la pratique au niveau mondial.

  • ReprĂ©senter la pratique "In-Store Logistics" au sein des programmes de transformation transverses du Groupe.

  • Contribuer au reporting Groupe et assurer la visibilitĂ© des avancĂ©es de la logistique magasin au sein d’ADEO.

    Ce poste nécessite 2 à 3 déplacements par mois de 2 à 3 jours.

đŸ„‡ VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation supĂ©rieure (Bac+5, type Ă©cole d’ingĂ©nieur, Ă©cole de commerce ou master avec une spĂ©cialisation en logistique, supply chain ou management).

  • 8+ ans d’expĂ©rience en logistique ou supply chain, avec des rĂ©ussites avĂ©rĂ©es dans la conduite de projets de transformation opĂ©rationnelle dans un environnement international.

  • MaĂźtrise pratique du Lean Management : capacitĂ© Ă  dĂ©ployer une culture et des outils d’amĂ©lioration continue (une certification type Lean Black Belt est un atout majeur).

  • CompĂ©tences en analyse de donnĂ©es, dĂ©finition de KPIs et capacitĂ© Ă  relier les objectifs opĂ©rationnels Ă  la vision long terme de l’entreprise.

  • Leadership d’influence et aptitude Ă  inspirer, engager et convaincre des Ă©quipes et des parties prenantes Ă  diffĂ©rents niveaux (local et global).

  • Forte appĂ©tence pour le digital avec la capacitĂ© de co-construire des roadmaps d’outils (ex : Store WMS), d’en optimiser l’efficacitĂ© et de garantir leur adoption sur le terrain.

  • MaĂźtrise courante du français et de l’anglais, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral.

  • Esprit curieux·se, orienté·e rĂ©sultats, avec une forte capacitĂ© d’apprentissage pour explorer de nouveaux domaines et amĂ©liorer la performance opĂ©rationnelle.

The Store Logistics Lead Expert position is based within the Global Corporate Supply Chain department, in one of the 8 areas of expertise: Store Logistics, and reports to the Global Practice Leader Store Logistics.

As part of the development of our global Supply Chain community, we are looking for a Store Logistics Expert Lead to support the strategic transformation of in-store logistics at ADEO.

Your main objective will be to structure and lead projects related to store logistics in order to achieve our 2030 ambition: to become a benchmark in store logistics within the DIY sector, relying on robust processes, skilled teams, a Lean culture, and integrated technological systems, ensuring high levels of service and sustainable efficiency.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

1. Drive performance and strategy

Define and structure key performance indicators (KPIs) for store logistics, based on our strategic pillars (flow planning, stock reliability, customer experience, sustainable efficiency, stock quality).

Lead the governance of the store logistics strategic plan, supporting Business Units in achieving their objectives.

Co-build performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) in collaboration with data teams, to track performance, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions.

2. Standardize and improve processes

Develop a standardized, scalable, and locally adaptable global logistics model, leveraging Lean culture.

Co-build digital tool roadmaps (e.g., Store WMS) in close collaboration with digital teams to ensure alignment between business processes and technological solutions.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.

Ensure the deployment of standards and best practices to industrialize logistics operations across the Group.

3. Animate the community and develop skills

Co-lead the global community of store logistics experts, fostering knowledge sharing and collective skill development.

Support local teams in adopting new methods, tools, and processes.

Support the Global Practice Leader in structuring and leading the practice at a global level.

Represent the “In-Store Logistics” practice within cross-functional transformation programs of the Group.

Contribute to Group reporting and ensure visibility of store logistics progress within ADEO.

Business travel is required for this role: 2 to 3 trips per month, lasting 2 to 3 days each.

đŸ„‡ YOUR PROFILE

Higher education degree (Master’s degree, such as an engineering or business school diploma, or a Master’s degree with a specialization in logistics, supply chain, or management).

8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with proven success in leading operational transformation projects in an international environment.

Practical mastery of Lean Management: ability to deploy a culture and tools of continuous improvement (Lean Black Belt certification is a strong plus).

Strong skills in data analysis, KPI definition, and ability to connect operational objectives with the company’s long-term vision.

Influential leadership and the ability to inspire, engage, and convince teams and stakeholders at different levels (local and global).

Strong digital affinity with the ability to co-build tool roadmaps (e.g., Store WMS), optimize their efficiency, and ensure their adoption on the ground.

Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

Curious, results-oriented mindset with a strong learning ability to explore new domains and improve operational performance.
