The role

Global ST & CTT Subject Matter Expert Senior Consultant (CG06_ST Consultant I).


The Global Service Transition – Global Test Lead & CTT SME Senior Consultant is a senior
cross-functional role responsible for ensuring success transitioned implementation services across
all countries and regions. The role integrates global service transition leadership plus
country-specific operational and regulatory expertise.
As Global Service Transition Lead, the role drives global transition planning, governance, process
definition, and testing strategy to ensure consistent and accurate application of Strada’s global
implementation methodology. As a Country Specialist, the role provides deep local insight into
country-specific operational requirements—including local regulations, statutory processes,
reporting obligations, system behaviours, integrations, and interactions with public administrations
and third parties—ensuring deployments remain compliant and aligned with global and local
standards. As CTT Consultant, the role delivers expert-level training that enables clients to adopt,
understand, and operate the solution eƯectively.


Main Responsibilities


 Lead highly complex global and local implementations, leveraging deep country-specific
system, regulatory, and operational expertise to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for
clients.
 Lead country-specific workshops where relevant local knowledge (systems, tools,
regulations) is required, ensuring clients understand in-scope services and local delivery
requirements and service scope, processes, timelines, testing, and operational readiness,
translating complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
 As Senior Expert, having a wide knowledge results in responsibility to ensure methodology
and standard are followed as well as support colleagues and actively propose
improvements.
 As solution and country SME: responsible of updating the GIP internal global and local
country material, providing support to other GIP team members and being the point of
contact with the delivery and reference point of contact for sales opportunities.
 As Global Test Lead, define global-local ad hoc complex testing strategy, align stakeholders,
and lead all test phases to ensure systems function, integrate, and meet contractual
specifications.
 Provide accurate and compliant country-level regulatory, operational, and system guidance
to support high-quality deployments.
 Ensure Strada’s methodology and standards are followed, support colleagues as a senior
expert, and proactively propose improvements. Support global implementation teams and
the Service Transition workstream on all topics related to the specific country or country
solution.
 Identify and manage risks across the transition workstream, safeguarding timelines,
deliverables, governance requirements, and overall project quality as country specific SME.
 Ensure clients and internal teams understand the contracted scope, delivery model, and
system landscape, acting as the primary point of clarity throughout transition.
 Monitor progress and confirm readiness across all phases of implementation.
 Promote and support adoption of global and local service delivery tools across all teams.
 Execute where required and oversee test execution and defect management to ensure full
readiness before go-live.
 Onboard and support Local ST Consultants during country-level deployments, ensuring
alignment with global processes and timelines.
 Lead as the connector between global central teams, local project teams, and STRADA
internal and client external stakeholders.
 Travel domestically and internationally as required to support workshops, training, testing,
deployments, and transition activities.


Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Competencies (Shortened Version)


 +5 years in implementation services; experience as Global- Local ST Consultant, CTT
Consultant, or Country ST Specialist is an advantage.
 +5 years HR & Payroll operations experience in a Strada core country; global or multi-country
experience desirable. Strong expertise in local HR, payroll, regulatory, compliance, and
statutory landscapes, with the ability to align local requirements to global landscape and
implementation methodology.
 Proven ability to coordinate eƯectively across clients, operations, technical teams, and
program/project management.
 Strong communication and customer-facing skills; able to explain complex topics to both
business and technical audiences and lead multi-participant workshops.
 Excellent English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
 Highly organised, analytical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong PC
skills (Microsoft tools), Smartsheet experience, and familiarity with AI tools used in
implementation services.
 Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines and multiple
dependencies.
