
Requisitioner must carry out transactional processes in Procurement such as PO creation/Open, Order Updating in SAP/Rejection Material Approval process in SAP. Also, communicate to suppliers for their responses/interactions with counterparts at Client end for any escalations to ensure a smooth supply chain transaction. Job description :
· Create and Maintain Purchase Requisition
· Maintain Purchase Orders
· Goods Receipt and Return in Ariba
· Reporting in Ariba
· To take up purchasing related things such as commercials/Lead Time/Expedite goods etc. with purchasing dynamics and to cope up in communication both verbal and written.
· Managing the day-to-day activities and to solve or escalate the key issue which will affect the performance of operations.
· To carry out transactional processes in Procurement such as PO creation/Open Order Updating in SAP/Rejection Material Approval process in SAP.
· Communicate to suppliers for their responses/interactions with counterparts at Client end for any escalations for ensuring a smooth supply chain transaction.
· Recommend improvements to indirect procurement processes and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline requisition-to-payment workflows.
· Ensure adherence to global procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate documentation for audits and governance reporting.
Others :
· Participate in discussions with Global Procurement and clients
· Assist new team members
· Act as a back-up within GSM on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
· English - Advanced level
· Experience: 2+ years in procurement related activities
Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Excel, SAP and procurement platforms (Ariba).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Knowledge of global sourcing practices and indirect procurement trends, desirable but not required, full training given
