As Global S&OP Lead Biopharma (m/f/d), you will shape and lead the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for our global Biosimilars portfolio. In this highly visible role, you act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Finance to support sustainable business growth.
Lead the global monthly S&OP/IBP process across the entire Biopharma portfolio and planning horizon
Facilitate executive decision-making forums and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, product lifecycle, and financial plans into one integrated business plan
Develop scenarios, risk mitigation strategies, and business continuity plans to support sustainable growth
Drive launch planning and readiness for new biosimilars, market expansions, and lifecycle management initiatives
Define and advance the global demand planning strategy in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams
Improve forecast accuracy through advanced analytics, market intelligence, and predictive forecasting methodologies
Champion digital planning capabilities, including SAP IBP, automation, AI-enabled forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's degree is an asset
At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or Commercial Operations within a regulated industry
Proven experience leading global or regional planning organizations and cross-functional initiatives
Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP, forecasting methodologies, and demand planning processes
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or related product launches and supply networks
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business intelligence capabilities; SAP IBP experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives in a global matrix organization
