Manage the integration between Oracle Cloud SCM and third-party trade screening systems like OCR, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate screening results.
Configure and maintain order management shipping holds for transaction screening related to trade compliance.
Implement and maintain master data screening processes for customers, suppliers, and items during both procurement (inbound materials) and order fulfilment (outbound shipments).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure adherence to export regulations and trade screening requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations.
Monitor and analyse trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations, export laws, and best practices, and implement necessary updates within Oracle Cloud SCM.
Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
7-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Orchestration ,Procurement, Shipping, and Master Data Management - Supplier screening, Customer screening and Item screening.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Proven experience with trade compliance processes, export screening, and related regulations within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM environment.
Extensive experience with integrating third-party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM and trade compliance processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in SQL, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Java), and data analysis tools relevant to Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM tools and utilities, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware Control, WebLogic Server Administration Console, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem.
Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.
