What You’ll Do
As a Software Product Manager, you will:
Independently conductcustomer and market researchto understand pain points, needs, and emerging trends
Identify key problems and opportunitiesfor new orenhancedproducts
Define and refine clear value propositionsand product positioning grounded in user insights and business goals
Drive data-informed decision-makingby defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs and product usage metrics
Build businesscases,opportunity sizingand ROIto support product investment decisions
Lead the definition of product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps, balancing customer value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders in an agile product development environment
Engage in product validationefforts, from early discovery to post-launch feedback gathering
Ownthe ongoing success of launched solutionsby monitoring feedback, adoption, usage patternsand usage metrics
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager or in a closely related product role
Hands-on experience working on software productsthroughout their lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimization
Strong customer-centric mindset, with experience translating user needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
A data-driven mindset, with curiosity around KPIs, product usage, and customer feedback
Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
A team-oriented attitudeand the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, international teams
Proactivity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and growin a fast-paced environment
Proactivity, ownership, and comfortoperating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and critical thinking to approach problems with fresh perspectives
A genuine interest in technology, software products, and user experience
