Job Description

Global Social Media Operations新加坡社招全职运营 - 内容运营职位 ID:A40411职位描述(1)Social Media Account Management
-Oversee iQIYI's TikTok account operations in North America, Europe, Taiwan, and other regions;
-Develop overall social media content strategies to ensure creativity and localization, enhancing account exposure, engagement, and follower growth.
(2)Content Creation & Management
-Develop a deep understanding of user preferences across different cultural contexts to plan and create diverse social media contents (videos, pictures, posters, etc.);
-Handle content planning, scriptwriting, and visual design to improve content appeal and shareability;
-Leverage film, C-drama, variety shows, anime to design creative communication campaigns tailored to overseas audiences.
(3)Data Analysis & Optimization
-Collect, monitor, and analyze social media accounts and video performance data ( including views, engagement rate, completion rate, follower growth, etc.);
-Optimize content strategy and posting schedule based on performance insights to boost user participation and account activity;
-Produce regular data reports and provide actionable recommendations to support team decision-making.职位要求-Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Media, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields; 1+ years of experience in social media operations or content planning, with overseas social media background preferred;
-Content: Knowledge of at least one of the following genres: BL/GL, C-drama, Korean Entertainment. Candidates with relevant content creation experience are preferred.
-Platform Knowledge: Familiar with the content ecosystems and user characteristics of mainstream social media platforms (TikTok/Douyin, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.);
-Content & Analysis Skills: Mature ability in content planning, creation, and visual design;
-Language: Communication skills in both English and Chinese;
-Proactive, collaborative, and highly capable of project execution. 投递
