About the role

Exely is looking for a Global Social Media Manager to strengthen our international social media presence and turn our expertise, product capabilities, and customer stories into valuable content for hospitality professionals.

You will own our global LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels, create content in English, and coordinate local social media activities with regional colleagues across multiple markets.

The role also includes supporting HotelTech Club, our professional community. We are looking for a senior, hands-on specialist who combines strong writing and editorial skills with independent execution and international coordination.

What you'll do

• Own our global social media channels: plan, create, and publish engaging English-language content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Turn expertise into stories: collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and industry experts to make complex topics clear, useful, and interesting.
• Drive content production end-to-end: manage the editorial calendar, coordinate designers and video creators, and keep things moving from brief to publication.
• Connect global and local teams: help regional colleagues adapt campaigns, share best practices, and bring local success stories to a global audience.
• Support HotelTech Club: help develop our professional community through expert content, meaningful discussions, and collaboration with Country Leaders.
• Make content better: analyze performance, experiment with formats, and suggest improvements based on results.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SMM or social content, including English-language B2B projects.

• Excellent English (C1 or equivalent) and native-level Russian. You can independently write and edit high-quality content in English and Russian.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages and creating valuable content for professional audiences.
• The ability to translate complex products and technical features into clear business benefits.
• Experience coordinating content production and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and visual content formats.
• A data-informed mindset: you understand what works, what doesn't, and how to improve it.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to move things forward independently.

Big plus if you have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HotelTech, TravelTech, or hospitality.
• International or multi-market marketing experience.
• Community building or management experience.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
• Experience with video content, TikTok, or AI-assisted content workflows.
