The Global Social Media Manager is an expert on social best-practice, and our enthusiastic champion of all things social within the Creative Studio and wider Marketing and Comms.
We require a day-to-day lead who lives in-feed and understands exactly what captures attention. Responsibilities extend beyond simply posting content; this position serves as a key creative contributor, ensuring brand relevance, speed, and technical excellence.

Success in this position requires staying updated on the latest trends, platform updates and community behaviors, while possessing the creative spark to concept and pitch original ideas that cut through the noise.
This is an opportunity for a social specialist who is deeply clued up on best practice and their craft, who wants to use those skills to help shape the trajectory of a globally loved brand with an inspiring mission - “To be the universal symbol of trust”.
