As our Global Social Media Content Creator, you will join our fast-paced Global Customer Experience team. Your mission? To design scroll-stopping, aesthetic content that inspires, educates, and drives massive audience engagement across our global social platforms. Working directly with the voices of our business—from R&D to Education—you will own the social presence of one of the most innovative, conscious, and fast-growing cosmeceutical skincare brands on the market.

Salary: Up to £35,000

Work Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Location:Current Location, Elstree - Moving to London Bridge from 1st November 2026.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• End-to-End Content Creation: Own the ideation, filming, editing, and posting of elevated, innovative social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest—both in-house and on-location at shoots/events.

• Be the Face of Medik8: Step comfortably in front of the camera as one of our main in-house influencer faces. You'll confidently jump on viral trends, myth-bust skincare misconceptions, stitch relevant content, and engage directly with our community.

• Expert Cross-Collaboration: Partner with our internal R&D, Education, and Sustainability teams to translate deep scientific and brand values into digestible, captivating, and high-performing social storytelling.

• Drive Commercial Growth: Align your creative output with our global marketing calendar and medik8.com to support new customer acquisition, traffic, and sales conversions through seamless launch storytelling.

• Analyse & Optimise: Extract and interpret platform analytics to constantly refine, iterate, and improve content performance against reach, following, and e-commerce traffic KPIs.

We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have...

• Creative Experience: 2+ years of dedicated social media content creation experience with a standout portfolio showing pristine attention to detail.

• Skincare Obsession: An innate understanding of the premium/cosmeceutical skincare space and a knack for sharp, engaging copywriting.

• Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of social video ecosystems, algorithms, and trends, with a heavy emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• On-the-Go Attitude: An always-on, self-starting creative mindset. Give you a phone and you are off! You are energised by capturing high-quality content on the go whenever inspiration strikes.

• Dual Camera Confidence: You are just as skilled at directing, framing, and editing a video as you are at hosting it on camera.
