Now we’re looking for a Global Social Media & Community Manager to help us turn our brand, customers, and community into one of the strongest growth engines in HR tech.
This is not a traditional social media role. We’re looking for someone who understands how modern brands grow through culture, community, storytelling, advocacy, personality and word of mouth.
You’ll own and evolve Teamtailor’s global social and community presence while creating engaging content and experiences that drive awareness, engagement, advocacy, and ultimately growth.
Reporting into the marketing organization, you’ll work closely with Brand & Creative and Product Marketing to make Teamtailor impossible to ignore.
Your mission is simple:
Turn customers, community, culture, and content into growth.
You’ll sit at the intersection of social media, community, customer advocacy, content, culture, brand and growth. Your job is to help Teamtailor become the most engaging and talked-about brand in the category.
Develop and execute Teamtailor’s global social media strategy across channels
Create engaging, entertaining, educational, and culturally relevant content
Build social formats and recurring content series people genuinely want to follow
Help evolve Teamtailor’s tone of voice and presence in social channels
Stay on top of trends, platform behavior, internet culture, and emerging formats
Build programs that turn customers into advocates
Create systems for amplifying customer stories, wins, and voices
Identify and activate champions within the Teamtailor community
Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to surface stories worth sharing
Help make advocacy and referrals a natural part of the Teamtailor experience
Create engagement initiatives that bring customers, recruiters, and hiring leaders closer to the brand
Drive conversations and interactions across social platforms and community touchpoints
Help build a sense of belonging around Teamtailor and modern hiring
Support online and offline community activations together with the broader marketing team
Produce and coordinate content across formats including short-form video, interviews, social storytelling, memes, thought leadership, event content, and customer stories
Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative to create standout content and campaigns
Partner with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing to align content with broader GTM and growth initiatives
Identify opportunities to turn moments, trends, customer stories, and industry conversations into engaging content
Constantly test new formats, channels, and ideas
Use data, insights, and platform signals to improve performance
Explore how AI and modern tools can improve content creation, community engagement, and social workflows
