Job Description

Mobileye Autonomous Driving software group looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Global Share Plans Specialist to join our Global Stock Plan team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of employee equity programs, work closely with internal stakeholders, and help translate complex processes into clear and accessible information for employees.As part of a small, hands-on team, you will take ownership of key processes, help shape how our global equity programs are managed and communicated, and contribute to a transparent and positive employee experience.

What will your job look like?

  • Support ongoing equity-related processes, including vesting events, grants, and share releases.
  • Maintain accurate data within Equity Management Systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to equity compensation and tax matters, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact.
  • Support financial reporting requirements, including preparation of reports for audits (SBC).
  • Own and execute SOX controls related to equity processes, including control performance and documentation.
  • Maintain and improve the employee share plan portal, creating clear and accurate materials explaining equity programs.  
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR stakeholders across global locations. 

All you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English – written and spoken.
  • Experience with advanced Excel, including working with formulas and functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a global team.
  • Experience with operational work and a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes clearly.
  • Experience with equity administration or equity platforms (e.g., E*TRADE) – advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into simple, accessible content.
