  • Define and lead the global pharma partnership strategy, aligned to priority assets and disease areas with initial focus on FAPI and AD portfolio
  • Proactively identify and secure opportunities to embed GE HealthCare diagnostics within pharma pipelines and clinical programs
  • Drive early “design-in” of assets to maximize probability of CDx adoption and downstream commercial success
  • Translate partnership insights into portfolio priorities and stage-gate investment decisions
  • Collaborate with CMC, supply chain, regulatory affairs and R&D to build capabilities that enables GEHC to deliver on key pharma partnership priorities

Deal Structuring, Governance & Value Delivery

  • Shape partnership structures, including scope, financial frameworks, milestones, and governance mechanisms
  • Ensure alignment between contractual commitments and operational delivery across all functions
  • Define and track partnership KPIs, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and value realization
  • Oversee execution of partnership deliverables, including co-development, supply, and commercialization components

Alliance Management & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as the primary alliance manager across strategic pharma partnerships, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes
  • Own C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and value creation
  • Establish and lead Joint Steering Committees and executive governance forums
  • Drive clear escalation pathways, decision rights, and operating cadence to maintain execution velocity

Cross-Functional Integration & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional orchestration across Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Supply, and Commercial teams
  • Align development strategies to enable CDx labeling with efficient clinical and regulatory pathways
  • Coordinate global commercial strategy and launch readiness in alignment with pharma partners
  • Act as the internal integrator to ensure consistency of strategy, messaging, and execution across teams

Risk Management

  • Identify and proactively manage risks across clinical, regulatory, operational, and commercial dimensions
  • Establish structured feedback loops from partnerships to inform future deal-making and asset strategy
  • Drive disciplined, data-based stage-gate decisions based on partnership performance and emerging evidence

External Positioning

  • Reinforce GE HealthCare’s position as a preferred pharma partner through high-quality execution and credibility
  • Build long-term relationships across pharma development, BD, and product leadership teams
  • Expand partnership opportunities across priority assets and disease areas through proactive engagement

Ideal Profile

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, business development, or alliance management, including structuring and executing complex collaborations across development and commercialization
  • Experience shaping partnership strategy and translating it into deal structures, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Strong external credibility, with experience engaging pharma partners, business development leaders, and scientific stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of managing strategic partnerships end-to-end, including governance, Joint Steering Committees, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of drug and diagnostic development, with experience supporting or enabling CDx strategies, clinical development programs, and regulatory pathways
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional global environments and influence without direct authority across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
  • Experience working across global markets, with appreciation of regional differences in clinical development, regulatory, and market access pathways
  • Track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and driving alignment across organizations in high-stakes partnerships
