YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will join the Global Sales Upskilling Team that belongs to the Global Business Development Team, within the Offers & Solutions direction.
Sales Upskilling is our CEVA internal training organization dedicated to our entire Business Development community composed of +2000 salespeople (field sales, key account managers, sales managers etc…) located in our 5 Regions.
The Sales Upskilling Manager designs, deploys and continuously improves global sales learning solutions to develop sales competencies across CEVA’s Business Development community.
The role translates strategic upskilling priorities into concrete, high‑quality learning experiences and ensures consistent global execution across regions and sales roles.

Good communicator and able to work efficiently remotely (most of our meetings will have to be done through Teams)
