YOUR TASKS

  • Shape and drive the global commercial roadmap to improve sales performance, channel effectiveness, and go-to-market execution
  • Manage and coordinate the global sales project roadmap across all sales channels (field, tele, depot, digital), with a focus on strategic development, process optimization, and tool enablement
  • Ensure consistent execution of the commercial roadmap in close collaboration with project leads and key stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Drive the rollout of global sales initiatives together with regional teams, focusing on harmonizing sales processes and enabling commercial excellence
  • Lead and contribute to selected strategic projects aimed at improving sales structures, tools, and cross-channel integration
  • Define and align future-state sales processes across all channels, including Key Account Management and Pricing, with an emphasis on operational efficiency
  • Identify and prioritize business needs for sales tools (e.g., CRM, tour planning, sales cockpit, order management tools) in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sales technology landscape to support commercial strategy and field productivity.
  • Act as the primary global business contact for sales-related topics in coordination with Group IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions
  • Support department heads with administrative tasks and track the functional budget

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing, or a related field
  • Backgroundin commercial leadership support, sales strategy, or go-to-market transformation
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a structured, results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across regions and functions
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers in B2B sales environments and experience translating strategy into measurable sales performance improvements
  • Hands-on experience working closely with sales leadership and influencing commercial decision-making
  • Familiarity with the sales lifecycle of tangible goods
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills in German, French, or Italian (B2 level) are a plus
  • Experience working in international and matrix organizations is beneficial
  • Experience within commercial functions of operating companies is preferred over purely advisory roles
