CEVA France SASU is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Management division as a Global Sales Project Management Senior Expert In this critical role within our Logistics - Air and Ocean strategic business unit, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our global sales initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution across diverse markets.

As a Senior Expert in Global Sales Project Management, you will leverage your extensive expertise to lead complex cross-functional projects, align sales strategies with operational execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes that support CEVA's ambition to be a leader in the logistics industry. You will be instrumental in shaping how sales projects are planned, executed, and monitored on a global scale, working closely with various stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact sales projects on a global scale, coordinating with internal teams including sales, operations, IT, and external stakeholders such as customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure alignment, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risk assessments, and contingency strategies to proactively address challenges, ensuring all project milestones and objectives are achieved effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and operational teams to translate complex business objectives into actionable project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor project progress through rigorous performance analysis and reporting, using data-driven insights to provide clear updates to senior leadership and recommending necessary adjustments to optimise outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies and sales process optimisation, encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and the adoption of industry standards within the team.
  • Support change management activities by facilitating training sessions, workshops, and communication efforts aimed at ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, technologies, or procedures, thereby minimising disruption and reinforcing positive engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for project management within global sales, mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the professional development of the broader team to build a resilient and skilled workforce.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and scalability of sales projects, working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally in logistics, air and ocean freight, or related industries, demonstrating the ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and the nuances of operating within diverse international markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts, build strong partnerships, and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to connect long-term vision with detailed tactical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage given the global nature of the role.
  • Relevant professional certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are highly desirable and demonstrate commitment to industry standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing teams, encouraging a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
