Job Description

Main Responsibilities and tasks:

• Close collaboration with global Sales team for Sales Operations activities and order processing tasks.
• Preparation of SpecWizard incl. updates and finalization of deviation lists to customer specifications for all pre-order inquiries globally.
• Order Intake announcement communication and documentation of all global project team members (Partner Roles) in SAP.
• Prepare LBU Wizard after receipt of global/domestic orders and responsibility to invite for LBU Alignment Meeting with Project Manager and Sales Manager.
• Upload LBU order documents to SAP and invite to Order Transfer Meeting for handover of order to project team members.
• Upload new or revised PO documents to SAP.
• Support global Sales team with CRM/SharePoint and SAP tasks.
• CRM Dynamics 365: Check global order intake on monthly basis for correct data (compared with reporting) and if order is received, responsibility to close quote as WON in month of reporting; Documentation of Risks after Project Initiation in CRM.
• Finalize spare parts list as attachment to Quotes for global Sales Team.
• Support with preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements for BCx offers, including documenting the agreements on Legal collab site for tracking purposes.

Education, experience and languages:

• Diploma Engineer (Electrical / Mech.) with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Good English, writing and speaking skills
• Language skill in German would be added advantage
• Prior experience of working in Manufacturing Industry
