Global Sales Operations Lead – MarketsWe are seeking a senior Sales Operations professional to lead LHHs Sales Operations Markets team and become an integral part of the Global Leadership team for the Sales Operations organization.The scope covers direct management of major markets Sales Operations teams (3 FTE) and dotted-line leadership of local markets Sales Operations.This role is responsible for driving consistent, data-driven sales execution across markets, scaling best practices, and ensuring Sales Operations acts as a strong business partner to Sales leadership. The role combines direct people leadership, cross-market orchestration, and strategic execution across analytics, operating models, and cross-sell and referral performance. Strategic ImpactThis role will play a critical role in improving sales productivity, consistency, and predictability across markets. Success will be measured by improved sales execution, stronger adoption of common operating models, and increased effectiveness of cross-sell and referral motions across regions.Key Accountabilities1. Direct Leadership — Major Markets Sales Operations
  • Act as line manager for Sales Operations teams in the UK, France, and North America, providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance management.
  • Ensure consistent execution of core Sales Operations responsibilities, including sales analytics, territory and coverage alignment, quota execution, and performance insights.
  • Partner with regional Sales leaders to embed data-driven decision-making into sales operating rhythms.
  • Partner with Global Sales Operations Business Partners to drive business line specific actions in market
  • Develop team capability, succession planning, and engagement across major markets.
2. Dotted-Line Leadership — Global Sales Operations Community
  • Lead and animate a global community of country Sales Operations teams (including Japan, Australia, Brazil, India, and additional countries over time).
  • Establish common ways of working, governance, and communication cadences across the Sales Operations community.
  • Drive alignment on standards, definitions, metrics, and best practices while respecting local market needs.
  • Act as a coordination point for cross-market Sales Operations topics.
3. Sales Execution
  • Drive adoption of data-driven sales operating models, ensuring dashboards, metrics, and insights are embedded into weekly and monthly seller and manager routines.
  • Establish ownership and execution of cross-sell, whitespace, and referral management by standardizing processes, analytics, and reporting across regions.
  • Ensure Sales Operations insights support revenue growth, prioritization, and focus.
All About You
  • Proven experience in a senior Operations leadership role, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales operating models, analytics, and performance management.
  • Ability to drive standardization and scale while managing local market complexity.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to partner credibly with senior Sales leadership.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and leading through influence.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with change, growth, and evolving scope.
