Your Day to Day

  • Build and enhance training programmes that strengthen sales skills, tools knowledge and overall team capability.
  • Evaluate and improve existing programmes to ensure they remain effective, relevant and engaging.
  • Develop and support sales strategies, onboarding and soft‑skills training to elevate seller and leader performance.
  • Partner with commercial and technology teams to improve systems, reporting and operational processes.
  • Guide and coach sellers and leaders, offering practical support, feedback and ongoing development.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or commercial performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills
