Job Title: Global Sales Enablement & Commercial manager

Your role:

  • Leads global CS & install base replacement business
  • Leads the operational execution of the service/sales funnel, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and health across all funnel stages using standardized CRM dashboards.
  • Conducts recurring funnel health checks by segment and stage to identify stagnation, aging risks, and weak opportunities, triggering targeted actions to improve flow and conversion.
  • Leads CRM opportunity management by:
    • Ensuring full pipeline visibility and quality for services across multiple accounts or territories.
    • Enforcing rigorous stage and forecast category progression, coaching others to align stage, probability, and forecast.
    • Driving high CRM data hygiene and zero overdue discipline within the team, including timely updates of forecasts and activities.
    • Embedding quality guidelines and KPIs into daily CRM usage, ensuring win/loss insights are consistently captured and leveraged.
    • Challenging and validating that CRM reflects commercial reality, improving forecast accuracy for the wider team.
  • Using CRM data to provide highly accurate and insightful forecasts to senior management, enabling sound business decisions.
  • Analyzes funnel KPIs, including coverage ratios, conversion rates, velocity, and aging to identify gaps versus AOP targets and initiates corrective actions.
  • Consolidates accurate monthly funnel-based service OIT forecasts (commit/upside) and proactively escalates at risk or stalled deals to leadership, ensuring informed decision making.
  • Leverages win/loss insights to drive continuous improvement in funnel effectiveness and sales behavior.
  • Runs disciplined service funnel cadence with opportunity owners to review priorities, funnel status, gaps and blockers, coach opportunity owners on next-best actions.
  • Assigns actions, owners, and due dates to drive opportunity progression and tracks completion to ensure predictable execution.
  • Collaborates with service, commercial, and operations teams to resolve blockers and strengthen end to end service delivery processes.
  • Builds partnerships with key internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements, applying data driven insights to enhance customer value.
  • Identifies operational risks in service opportunity execution and implements mitigating actions to maintain compliance and service quality standards.
  • Coaches opportunity owners and junior team members in funnel discipline, CRM best practices, and data driven decision making to uplift overall team performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • Master’s degree with 8-15 years of related experience in commercial role
  • Preferably Customer Services / Healthcare experience
  • Experience in a global matrix organization
  • Experience in managing commercial targets, pricing and strategies
  • Experience in customer insight/business analytics/market intelligence in healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement. Green Belt/ Black belt certification is a preference
  • Travel domestic and International, as & when required
  • Demonstrated experience leading and/or coaching others (e.g., team leadership, people management, mentoring), typically approx. 2 years within the overall experience.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
