What You Can Expect
The Global Sales Director – Healthcare Solutions will shape and execute the global sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer partnerships worldwide across our three business segments: DuPont Liveo, Spectrum Plastics Group, and Donatelle Plastics.
Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, this role leads a global sales organization through five Regional Sales Leaders and holds accountability for a significant and diverse revenue portfolio across Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Cosmetology / Transdermal Pharma markets.
This leader will play a pivotal role in protecting and growing strategic customer relationships while ensuring consistent execution of market segment strategies across regions. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Technology, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver customer‑centric solutions and support effective demand planning.
The position is critical to DuPont Healthcare Solutions’ continued growth and long‑term success and requires a strategic, results‑driven leader with strong global perspective, adaptability, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
