
Global Risk Management
Define and maintain a global operational risk management framework aligned with company strategy and TechOps priorities
Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, technological, cyber, supply chain, geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory risks across the global network
Maintain a consolidated TechOps risk register, including risk ownership, mitigation actions, and residual risk
Provide risk insights to support network footprint decisions, capacity planning, and major investments
Business Continuity
Design, implement, and govern a global Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
Ensure Business Impact Analyses (BIA) are performed for critical TechOps processes and sites
Define and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies in collaboration with Operations and IT
Governance
Establish global policies, standards, and guidelines for risk and business continuity management
Ensure alignment with internal governance, audit requirements, and external standards
Train and coach site and functional teams on risk awareness, BCM principles, and crisis readiness
Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration related field with at least 8 years of experience in risk management, business continuity in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven professional leadership in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial and operational impact.
Proven experience in global, multi‑site TechOps, manufacturing, or complex operational networks.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, business operations, industry dynamics, and emerging market trends.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a process-oriented and independent work style.
Experience in management consulting or strategic roles is a plus.
Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
