The role exists to provide dedicated data and analytical support to the Global Rewards function, ensuring reward projects and cyclical processes are delivered accurately and on time across a global environment.
Maintain global job catalogue and ensure HR system data accuracy
Prepare compensation data for pay gap analysis and EU pay transparency compliance
Test HR system data, resolve quality issues, and document outcomes
Support annual pay review cycle and ad hoc reporting for EMEA/Americas HR
Build and update reward dashboards in Power BI
Experience
Degree in quantitative or business field
Some experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Familiarity with HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Prior HR, finance, or data-related role/internship
Interest in compensation, people analytics, or HR
Personal competencies
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic functions)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Interest in compensation, people analytics, or HR
