This role sits within the growing Total Rewards Centre of Excellence and will provide analytical and operational support to the Global Reward Transformation Manager during a period of significant compensation redesign and harmonisation.

The Analyst will support the review and implementation of global compensation frameworks and incentive plans across 2026–2027.

As the organisation transitions to business-as-usual, the role will move under the Global Compensation Senior Manager and support the ongoing governance, maintenance and delivery of Keywords’ global job architecture, pay frameworks and incentive programmes.

This position requires strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

Office Location

Requirement to work primarily a EU / APAC timezones but flexibility can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incentive Design & Transformation Support (Project Phase)
    • Support data collection, plan mapping and documentation of existing incentive arrangements
    • Conduct scenario modelling, cost impact analysis and payout simulations
    • Support implementation activities including auditing eligibility, data integrity checks and testing within Workday
  • Governance, Policy & Communications
    • Support development of training materials for HR and business stakeholders
  • Systems & Process Optimisation
    • Partner with HRIS to support deployment and optimisation of Workday Advanced Compensation
    • Develop tools and templates to enable manager self-service
    • Improve data quality, reporting accuracy and process efficiency
  • Support the build and maintenance of Global Compensation frameworks.
  • Support annual compensation cycle delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and evolving pay transparency legislation
  • Provide operational support on reward transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required,
  • Strong excel / google sheets skills.
  • Experience working with Workday’s Advanced Compensation Module desirable.
  • Exposure to global compensation frameworks desirable
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage but not required).
