Help guests plan, book, andmodifyreservations across hotels, attractions, and transportation within Canada and the USA
Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat
Identifyopportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and cross-selling
Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintainaccuratebookings and guest information across multiple systems
Stay current on products, promotions, and destinations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications
Required
1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centre environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools
Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Preferred
Experience in travel, hospitality, or reservations
Familiarity with systems such as Inntopia,Maestro,Ventrata,CRM tools,andtelephony platforms
Experience in sales or upselling environments
Compensation
Starting wage: $18.50/hour
