Global Regional Communications Coordinator

Department: Strategic Communications

We are searching for a PR manager with experience in executing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, to coordinate our regional communications teams and ensure efficient and collaborative connection between the Regional Comms managers and the HQ Comms managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration between HQ and Regional Teams: Act as the primary point of contact for regional and subregional teams. Conduct weekly syncs with global leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • PR Campaigns and Key Projects Execution: Coordinate the execution of global and regional PR campaigns and Key Projects across all markets, ensuring alignment with global communication strategies and local market needs. Collaborate with regional and local teams to adapt and implement global initiatives effectively.
  • Regional Performance Alignment: Oversee performance of regional PR activities, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with global objectives. Provide operational support to local Comms teams, ensure the coordination between HQ and regional teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor PR performance across markets, coordinate preparation of regional reports, calendar plans, adhoc reports, and informational one-pagers by the local Comms teams. Provide layouts, formats, and procedures for more efficient reporting process.
  • Budget Monitoring: Check that the regional Comms Teams are following the financial planning and budget execution procedures, serve as the point-of-ontact for budget related matters.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in PR agency or in-house Communications / PR team
  • Experience in executing global PR or marketing projects
  • Experience working with international stakeholders in English
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in budget planning and execution
  • Basic understanding of contract and vendor management processes
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a global environment
