Job Title: Global Real Estate Specialist

Location: Nashik, India

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 12 - 15 Years

The SERE Manager is responsible for security, facility management, and property management across all our global locations

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and assessing the site’s compliance; making recommendations to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., environmental laws, waste disposal, etc.).
  • Alerting and providing support in emergency situations in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Defining internal processes, planning and conducting internal and external audits, and ensuring operational implementation regarding energy and the environment.
  • Implementing local laws and communicating with local authorities regarding environmental and energy matters.
  • Managing risk assessments and action plans (prioritization and progress).
  • Conducting risk analyses and assessing the impacts on the site (e.g., effects of hazardous substances on people and the environment).
  • Proposing measures to reduce energy consumption and collaborating on the development of long-term investment plans.
  • Supporting the development of methods, best practices, etc.
  • Raising and improving energy awareness among employees and, when necessary, being responsible for training, campaigns, etc.
  • Reporting key performance indicators to the Group and site managers.
  • Follow-up and support for mandatory audits and qualification audits.
  • Supporting and collaborating on energy audits at other sites.
  • Primary responsibility for environmental and energy management (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001). 
  • Planning and implementing sustainability projects.
  • Communication with authorities.
  • Operational property management for all RIB Group locations
  • Active support for global co-location projects
  • Driving the Workplace of the Future campaign

Your Profile:

  • You hold a college degree or have completed technical training and have many years of experience as a certified occupational safety specialist
  • You also have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards 50001 and 14001 (ideally, one year of specialized training as an environmental and energy manager).
  • Fluency in English skills.
  • Ideally, basic knowledge in the areas of fire safety and occupational safety.
  • Training as an internal auditor.
  • Ideally, initial experience in real estate management
  • Willingness to travel
