Job Description

As part of Global Markets and Technologies (GM&T), the Maritime activity connects a wide range of global markets to essential molecules across borders and oceans. Air Liquide Maritime is organized along four business units, namely Offshore Energies, Cryogenic Supply, Global Rare Gases and Global Helium, and is also supporting OCEOS, a joint Venture to offer CO2 shipping and barging services for CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) projects across Europe.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Logistics & Admin Coordinator will be based in Moissy Cramayel, France with responsibilities split between:
coordination of logistics and sales administration activities within the Global Rare Gases Logistics Team; procurement activities / purchase order creations

Missions and Responsibilities

Logistics and Sales Administration:

Scheduling

  • Participates in the planning of packaging versus delivery deadlines and production constraints

  • Acknowledges receipt and monitors the progress of customer and supplier orders

  • Plans and executes the transport of Mixtures, Krypton, Xenon, Neon and He3

Import / Export Files - Customs

  • Establishes instructions and transmits necessary information to freight forwarders

  • Transmits necessary information to the customs broker

  • Monitors customs procedures (stock accounting, temporary admission, ESD, ...)

Sourcing & Sales

  • Establishes invoicing for customers and subsidiaries

  • Monthly monitoring of foreign exchange cover requests for purchases and sales in foreign currencies

  • Monitors payments from subsidiaries/customers (credit management process) in his/her portfolio and to sources in coordination with accounting, in order to ensure timely payments on both sides

  • Ensures coordination on sales reporting with finance/operations control

Procurement:

  • Creation of new suppliers in the ERP master data according to the supplier creation process

  • Creation of purchase orders in the ERP of the entity, based on purchase requisitions issued by the GRG team or for general expenses

  • Follow-up on the Goods Reception Notice process implementation for purchase requisitions

  • Support the finance team to ensure on time payment

Safety:

  • Participates in anomaly hunts and ensures compliance with site safety rules

  • Ensures compliance with safety rules for carriers/drivers

Competencies and profile

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Experience in International Logistics

  • Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures

  • Procure to pay workflow

  • Interacting in an ERP environment

  • Payment terms

  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and leveraging on good analytical and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in an international environment
