About the Team
The Sales Strategy and Programs team plays a meaningful role in supporting the revenue growth at Canva by creating clarity on our overall revenue and GTM strategy and plan. The team sits within the broader Sales Ops/Strategy/Systems organization that aligns our go-to-market efforts across Sales/Customer Success/Marketing as well as company leadership.
About the Role
We're looking for a Global Quota & Planning Lead to join our central Sales Strategy & Operations team. This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of how we plan, allocate, and optimize revenue targets across our global sales org.
You'll own quota, forecasting, headcount planning, and the revenue models that underpin how we run the business — working closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Recruiting, and People to keep everything aligned.

We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $168,000 to $216,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
