  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across Etteplan.
  • Monitoring process performance, quality and environmental objectives, and Operating Model deployment progress, identifying improvement opportunities and facilitating corrective actions.
  • Supporting process owners and business leaders in process and capability development, including ownership of the process and document management modules in the Intranet.
  • Co-ordinating external certification activities and maintaining compliance with relevant management system standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Co-ordinating answers to customer information requests, assessments, audits and questionnaires regarding Etteplan’s capability and compliance as a supplier.

To succeed in this role, you will bring

  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, process management, governance models, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems in an international organization.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and organizations with certified management systems.
  • Capability to translate business strategy and operating model requirements into practical processes, governance mechanisms, and management practices.
  • Experience in planning and conducting audits, management reviews, and organizational assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills combined with a structured way of working.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, Swedish or German is an advantage

What we offer you

You will work with a clear mandate in an organization where the Operating Model is defined and approved, values support strong collaboration, and colleagues work across multiple technology domains and industry sectors.

This role is based in Finland, with flexible hybrid working arrangements, preferably based at one of our offices in Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Tampere or Lahti. We provide the flexibility needed to do your best work while staying connected to colleagues and the business.

At Etteplan we ensure that your compensation is fair and transparent. Your salary reflects your competencies and contributions, in line with our way of working. For this role, the typical monthly salary is 6000-8000€/month, depending on your background, with the possibility of a performance-based bonus target of 3-times the monthly salary.
