This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile, global ComplianceInspectionReadiness &EMEACAudits.
As Global QualityComplianceInspectionReadiness &EMEACAudits Manager , you will:
Lead and coordinate regionally managed Quality audits (internal, external, and supplier) acrossEMEAC, ensuring risk-based planning, execution, andtimelyclosure.
Establish and govern a sustainable global inspection readiness framework to ensure continuous preparedness for regulatory inspections.
Build,maintain, and continuously enhance auditing capabilities and competencies within the regions.
Proactivelymonitorregulatory trends and inspection outcomes to strengthen compliance posture and audit effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Develops andmaintainsthe global inspection readiness playbook, including inspection governance model, mockinspections, and readiness sprintmethodology
Designs anddeploysa structured, risk-based Global Mock inspection program.
Leadsinspectionreadiness sprints prior toanticipatedregulatory inspections to ensure gapidentification,prioritizationandtimelyremediation.
Monitor global inspectionoutcomes and regulatory trends tostrengthen defencecapability.
Leads end-to-end execution of internal, supplier, distributor, and third-party audits forEMEAC
Applies and administers the global auditor qualification framework.
Providesmethodologyguidance and system support to other regions (LATAM, US,JPAC)
Ensures full traceability of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions, withtimelyclosure and consistent application of Good Practices.
Escalate to management any critical regulatory compliance issues with global suppliers/vendors
Ensures escalation of critical audit findings, compliance risks, or systemic issues to management, with clearly defined andmonitoredaction plans.
Share audit trends, inspection outcomes and systemic risk insights acrosscross-regions to support company inspection readiness.
Provides functional direction to regional audit leadsregardinginspectionreadiness standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum10years of experience in a role focused onaudit managementin a Pharma/Medical Devices environment
Broad types of audits performed covering the regulated areaspertaining toGalderma’s portfolio (cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
