Working with diverse stakeholders across Quality, Information Technology, and business functions, you will help shape how global systems operate, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations. Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  • Ensure compliance of Batch Release Hub configurations with regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Govern system changes to support compliant and efficient batch release processes globally.
  • Maintain and continuously improve business documentation aligned with system configurations.
  • Partner with Quality and Information Technology teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for system development and enhancements.
  • Support and coordinate training initiatives that help users build confidence and capability globally.
  • Support validation, user acceptance testing, data migration, and system integration activities.
  • Act as the global subject matter expert and primary contact for Batch Release Hub processes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing quality systems within a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong stakeholder partnerships globally.
  • Experience supporting system changes, validation activities, and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
