The Global Public Policy Analyst supports the development and advancement of PepsiCo’s global agriculture and food systems public policy agenda through rigorous analysis, insight generation, and policy‑focused research. The role sits within the Global Public Policy team and works in close collaboration with senior agriculture and environmental policy leads, the Global Agriculture Office, Sustainability, Supply Chain / Procurement, and market PPGA teams.
The role combines agriculture and food systems policy development with strong analytical and data capabilities, supporting the assessment of regulatory and legislative developments, policy risks and opportunities, and potential business impacts across agricultural supply chains. The analyst is responsible for translating complex policy, regulatory, and external data into clear, decision‑ready insights that inform advocacy strategies, policy positioning, and internal decision‑making. The role contributes to evidence‑based policy development by integrating data, research, and market intelligence into high‑quality policy analysis and executive-facing materials.
