Job Description

The India Global Project Manager will manage the project scope and execution for our client teams and work closely with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met. They will be responsible for leading, training, and maintaining associated documentation of processes and workflows.

This Project Manager will focus specifically on special programs and live event coverage, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope and execution
  • Develop project plans and timelines
  • Track execution and deliverables with project management tools
  • Review and approve time tracking for team members
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrections as needed
  • Lead internal team meetings to communicate project briefs, deliverables, and timelines
  • Regularly communicate changes in scope or workflow processes to team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and provide regular updates to team members and managers
  • Lead and promote process improvements
  • Maintain and update documentation of training materials and process workflows
  • Facilitate training sessions led by team members or managers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and effectively delegate tasks to encourage them to take ownership of independent tasks
  • Oversee regional coverage plans and assess team bandwidth and need for additional hiring
  • Prepare reports for deliverables such as monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews

Required Experience

  • Fluent in spoken and written communication in English
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a global agency, production, or live event coverage environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related experience
  • Experience in project management, leading diverse, remote teams
  • Experience creating processes and documentation, and training teams
  • Experience with project management software, Monday.com, and Google Suites
  • Experience leading client relations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a creative agency setting

  • Thursday-Monday
  • Friday-Tuesday
