What you’ll achieve
The Global Programmatic Technical Trading Director ownsthestrategy, governance, and optimization of Dell’s programmatic technology stack, driving efficiency, quality, and performance at scale.This role is accountable for global trading standards and supply path optimization, delivering measurable improvements in cost efficiency, supply quality, and overall media performance. Operating at the intersection of AdTech, Measurement, and Regional Activation teams,the Director definestechnical standards,shapes data and signal strategy, and ensures programmatic infrastructureisoptimizedfor a privacy-first, performance-driven ecosystem.
You will:
Optimizethe global programmatic ecosystem to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality while Institutionalizing trading best practices across regions and DSP platform
Lead DSP optimization including templates, frameworks, SSP selection, global settings, integrations & guardrails.
Lead global supply path optimization (SPO) strategy and partner evaluation.
Lead optimization of 3rdparty vendors and their tools + features including brand safety, measurement & contextual providers
Lead discovery of new innovations in the programmatic market and develop business cases, testingframeworksand onboarding plans for integrating these partners.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of advanced programmatic experience with deep DSP and auctionexpertise
Strong knowledge of: Supply Path Optimization (SPO) frameworks and fee transparency models, Auction mechanics and bidding algorithm dynamics, AI/ML-based optimization tools within DSPs, and Brand safety, suitability, and verification methodologies
Experience evaluating supply quality, DSP overlap, and platform-level performance at scale.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable operational standards.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with AdTech, Data Science, and Measurement teams.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $198,050 - $244,650.
