The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of advertising products. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships to drive revenue, relationships and long-term growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Global Program Manager to join our Global Accounts team in New York. This role builds and runs the Joint Business Plans (JBPs) behind a select portfolio of TikTok's largest global advertiser partnerships, in partnership with Global Account Leads and Directors, cross-functional partners, and clients.
You'll own the JBPs end to end: helping structure the commercial frameworks and incentive programs that make them work, then program-managing their execution to measurable revenue outcomes. This is a builder role with operating discipline behind it. Success requires commercial judgment, comfort turning ambiguous deal goals into repeatable programs, and the ability to operate across stakeholders, time zones and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage JBPs across a portfolio of global accounts, from commercial framework and incentive structure through to execution and delivery
- Partner to structure the deal programs behind partnerships (value-add and incentive program design, allocation logic, requirements and terms) and translate them into executable operating plans
- Own JBP tracking, utilization, and budget integrity, using the numbers to steer the program, not just report on it
- Partner with Global Account Leads/Directors and cross-functional stakeholders on deal construction and growth opportunities grounded in account economics
- Serve as the commercial program operations lead for your accounts, coordinating across creative, measurement, research, product, and finance
- Build the GTM collateral and program materials that drive partner engagement
- Improve the systems, tools, and processes that scale JBP management across the team
