Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Apply the Busch Value System in day-to-day work: fact-based communication, team spirit, commitment, trust and respect, and consistent action in line with company objectives.

Define and continuously develop the global AI roadmap for Production.
Identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases in production, assembly, quality, intralogistics and production-related functions.
Systematically assess business value, data availability, technical feasibility, integration effort, security, governance, resource requirements and the operating model.
Guide AI solutions and AI agents from problem definition through prototyping and validation to productive deployment.
Design, develop and validate AI solutions and AI agents hands-on using modern AI platforms and development frameworks, creating solutions that can be scaled across the global production network.
Ensure scalable solution approaches, reusability and a reliable transition from pilot to operation.
Coordinate technology and implementation partners and prepare decisions transparently.
Enable Local Digitalization Experts and Key Users through workshops, guidelines, training and practical support.
Establish standards for Responsible AI, documentation, quality assurance, lifecycle management and reuse.
Make adoption, progress and realized business value transparent through suitable KPIs.
Act as the connecting interface between Production, IT, Security, Data Engineering and external technology partners.
Promote knowledge and best-practice sharing across sites and assess relevant market and technology trends for the production network.
