The Senior Global Product Stewardship Data Analyst is a technical expert within the Global ESG function responsible for managing, governing, and analyzing product-related datasets that support product stewardship, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives. The role ensures the availability of accurate, complete, and audit-ready data for reporting requirements related to extended producer responsibility (EPR), chemical compliance, packaging sustainability, and lifecycle analysis. This position enhances enterprise data quality, develops analytics and reporting tools, and enables data-driven decision-making across global stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance global product stewardship datasets including chemical compliance, packaging data, and sustainability metrics.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, validation rules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data systems, architecture, and workflows.
- Develop dashboards, analytics models, and KPI reporting for leadership.
- Support regulatory and sustainability reporting including EPR and packaging compliance.
- Maintain lifecycle analysis (LCA) datasets and support interpretation of results.
- Create automated data pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Provide data support for audits, customer disclosures, and certifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with PFAS, restricted substances, packaging compliance, or EPR reporting.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with lifecycle analysis methodologies and circular product design.
- Experience designing scalable data workflows and automation solutions.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset.
