The Position

Global Product Planner

The Global HARP planner (Holistic Aligned Replenishment Planning) is part of the Global Planning team and is accountable for ensuring affiliate product availability supplied in the most efficient way. This includes generating robust replenishment plans and aligning requirements with GPP’s to ensure timely hub availability.

Key responsibilities include actively driving replenishment strategies, managing affiliate master data, and governing the process to ensure automated, demand-driven replenishment and optimized stock levels across our global and local network. Furthermore, the GPP serves as the central orchestration link in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to guarantee seamless supply continuity across all regional and central warehouse locations. Through proactive and close collaboration with affiliates and GPP’s, the HARP planner optimizes the replenishment process, monitors affiliate orders and shipments (focus on achieving high ocean shipment ratio).

The Opportunity

Hub to affiliate replenishment planning (50%)

  • Supply & inventory optimization: Accountable for creating accurate, robust affiliate supply plans based on demand inputs with efficient MOT processing. Defines product-based inventory strategies (including safety stock parameters) to balance customer service levels, business continuity, and cost efficiency.

  • S&OP governance & performance monitoring: Tracks plan adherence and initiate necessary corrective actions and clarifications within the Supply Review framework of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Prepares for and hosts affiliate planning alignment meetings which are an integrated part of our S&OP process. Continues communication with all stakeholders and regular updates to affiliates.

  • Proactive conflict management: Daily/weekly review of affiliate inventory projections, open orders at the hub, in transit shipments and forecast performance to proactively avoid service or cost issues.

  • Lifecycle & launch management: Oversee the affiliate product lifecycle process to avoid service impact, hub financial impact and costly air shipments

Harmonized Aligned Replenishment Planning (HARP) Governance (20%)

  • HARP strategy & replenishment execution: Drives and manages the globally managed inventory process for assigned product portfolios and countries, ensuring automated, demand-driven replenishment and optimized stock levels across global distribution centers and affiliates.

  • Collaboration & service level assurance: Acts as the primary interface between global supply networks and affiliate partners, continuously monitoring inventory health to maximize product availability while preventing overstock situations.

  • System optimization & analytics: Oversees required system parameters and performance metrics, proactively identifying trends, tracking deviations, and implementing corrective actions to streamline the global replenishment cycle.

Master data (20%)

  • Parameter optimization & accuracy: Accountable for the continuous optimization and data accuracy of planning parameters within both global and local systems, in strict alignment with Global Supply Chain (GSC) management directives (covering both direct supply and replenishment processes).

  • Periodic reviews: Conducts systematic, periodic reviews of established planning parameters to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

  • Discrepancy resolution: Proactively identifies data discrepancies and executes the necessary adjustments to maintain system integrity.

Continuous improvement (10%)

  • Define, analyze, and communicate supply chain metrics and KPIs to optimize operations, monitor lead times, and eliminate destruction costs.

  • Prioritize, manage, and drive complex, cross-functional projects covering the E2E supply chain landscape.

  • Link operational changes to all relevant global supply chain functions (logistics, quality control, warehousing and transportation).

Who you are

Education & qualifications

  • Degree: Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience & mindset

  • Professional experience: 3+ years in the environment of logistics, marketing or production, with an international focus.

  • Strategic thinking A network thinker with a demonstrated ability to build bridges across matrixed organizations, connecting diverse people and complex content.

  • Communication style: Exceptional teamwork and communication skills; highly comfortable interacting in a global network.

  • Technical savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data analysis) and experience navigating global/local ERP and supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP, OMP).

  • Languages: Fluent in English on a business level (excellent verbal and written skills).
