What You’ll Do

  • Support the regional execution of the global marketing strategy.
  • Analyze and contribute to product strategy in alignment with Össur’s global strategy.
  • Contribute to launch strategies by validating the value propositions, positioning, messaging, sales enablement requirements, marketing assets, timelines, and regional activation plans.

  • Develop and maintain product positioning frameworks, value propositions, key messages, customer benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Coordinate development, approval, and distribution of product descriptions, claims, marketing materials, sales tools, and other GTM assets.
  • Coordinate product information readiness and lifecycle updates across websites, catalogs, Salesforce, digital platforms, and other commercial systems.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, COGS, returns, market feedback, and product performance; recommend corrective actions, product improvements, or discontinuation where appropriate.
  • Faciliate Sales and Customer Service with appropriate product and sales enablement tools.
  • Evaluate potential new products, promotions, packaging changes, pricing changes, and other commercial opportunities, and provide recommendations to the appropriate functions.
  • Adhere to the Company’s safety rules.
  • Adhere to Company values: Honesty, Frugality, and Courage.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Who You Are
