The Alaris division of Kodak Alaris is a leading provider of information capture solutions that simplify business processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the Kodak Alaris business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive lead generation, channel programs, and sales enablement efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the document imaging market (product and channel program), strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing, including defining target audiences, key messaging and launch timelines.
• Channel Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage channel programs for resellers, distributors, system integrators and BPO ensuring alignment with business priorities and product opportunities.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitive threats in the scanner and document management space. Distill information to affect product strategy and positioning.
• Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target buyer personas. Translate technical product features into clear, customer-centric benefits for sales teams and external collateral.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales enablement materials and training to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to sell effectively. This includes battle cards, presentations, product videos, and solution briefs.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce marketing collateral that supports campaigns and sales, such as website copy, datasheets, case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the "connective tissue" between various teams, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product strategy, messaging, and market needs.
• Product Launch Management: Lead and manage the entire product launch process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful release. Post-launch, analyze performance metrics such as adoption rates and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in Global product marketing, preferably within the hardware or technology sector.
• Proven experience in channel program management and demand generation campaigns in the B2B market.
• Demonstrated experience with go-to-market strategy development and product launch execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives, messaging, and the ability to convey complex tech speak into easy-to-consume presentations
• Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience with sales enablement platforms, such as Salesforce or similar tools, is a plus.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand and translate complex scanner and software features into business value.
• Experience in the Document scanning, printing or Intelligent Document Processing industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Compensation: $110,000 - $145,000 annually, based on level of experience
