As a Global Product Marketing Consultant at Caterpillar Inc., you will develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for technology-enabled Grade solutions, with a focus on expandingGradeadoption across theequipmentportfolio. In this role, you will help integrate Grade technology at the machine point of sale, support solutions for the current customer population, and enable customers to maximize productivity and value through tools such asVisionLink™. You will partner across the enterprise, with dealers, and withfieldteams to drive commercial growth, strengthen customer engagement, and bring innovative construction technology solutions to market.
What You Will Do (Job Duties):
Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Grade&VisionLinksolutions, including integration at machine point of sale and adoption across the current customer base.
Lead global launch and commercialization planning for the Grade portfolio, including awareness, marketing, transactions, installation/upgrade pathways, dealer quotingintegrationand sales funnel support.
Partner across the enterprise, with dealersand withfieldteams to drive adoption,utilizationand commercial growth.
Use customer feedback, marketresearchand competitive insights toidentifyneeds, shapepricingand merchandising recommendations, and refine go-to-market strategies.
Develop and deliver training for field teams and dealers thatconnectsGrade technology to customer challenges and jobsite productivity outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Grade solutions, supporting technical discussions with customers,dealersand product partners.
Collaborate with theVisionLink™ go-to-market lead to help customers adoptVisionLink™ and proactively improve site productivity.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience in manufacturing, constructiontechnologyor heavy equipment.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably within the construction,technologyor heavy equipment industries.
Global business experience, with the ability to navigate diverse markets, customerneedsand cultural considerations.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align business plans to companyobjectivesand drive scalable growth.
Experience managing relationships with internal partners, dealers,suppliersor other key stakeholders to support business results.
Ability to learn,demonstrateand communicate technical solutions, including Grade technologies, to customers,dealersand internal teams.
Proven customer-facing and dealer-facing experience, with the ability to understand challenges and position solutions that create value.
Strong leadership,collaborationand communication skills, with the ability toinfluence acrossteams and business units.

Up to35% internationalanddomestictravel will be expected tomaintaincustomer/dealer relationships.

Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
