Objective
As Global
Product Manager, you are responsible for the global management and development
of the Relays & Switches product portfolio within the Independent
Aftermarket.
You act as
global portfolio owner, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and
sustainable growth across all markets. You build and maintain strong
relationships with international customers and internal stakeholders, while
identifying and driving new business opportunities.
You will be
part of a dynamic Global Product Management team for Electronics &
Electrics and will be based in Gurgaon, reporting directly to the Global Head
of Product Management (Lippstadt, Germany).
Responsibilities
Act as global expert for the product portfolio, including market trends, competition, and customer needs
Develop and execute globally aligned product strategies in close cooperation with Sales Offices
Manage and continuously optimize the global product range (e.g. gap analysis, range expansion, portfolio streamlining)
Take full responsibility for sales and profitability across the entire product lifecycle
Analyze portfolio performance and drive corrective actions to ensure sustainable growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with global key customers and identify strategic opportunities
Support Sales Offices globally with product presentations, technical and commercial input, product trainings
Drive purchasing priorities in alignment with Strategic Purchasing
Act as key interface to Marketing, Sales, Quality, Pricing and other internal functions
Contribute to the definition and execution of product marketing strategies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 4 years +
Your Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Automotive Aftermarket
Strong understanding of product portfolio management, global market environments, pricing and profitability management
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
Fluent in Business English
Nice to have:
International exposure (e.g. work or studies abroad)
German language skills
