Our global Fire Safety business involves many fields from detection, alarming, evacuation and extinguishing to danger and building management, as well as cloud-based solutions for remote site management. With our broad offering we ensure the protection of people, assets and businesses with the highest performance and efficiency.


As the  Global Product Manager Installation & Commissioning Tools Fire Safety, you will drive the adoption and continuous evolution of digital solutions that support the installation and commissioning of fire safety systems. Working closely with installers, commissioning technicians, regional business units and software development experts, you will shape the next generation of tools that make fire safety systems faster to deploy, easier to commission and more cost-efficient to operate. Your focus will be on reducing the total cost of ownership, simplifying complex field workflows, and enabling seamless roll-out of digital tools across major markets in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Your new responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for digital installation and commissioning tools in Fire Safety, focusing on growth, innovation, and addressing unmet customer needs
  • Global Market Enablement: Drive adoption of digital tools across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, supporting training, onboarding, and addressing regional implementation barriers
  • Workflow Integration: Ensure digital tools effectively support end-to-end installation and commissioning processes, driving interoperability and converting field requirements into scalable solutions
  • User Experience & Quality: Continuously improve user experience and usability for field professionals, ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital experience and driving improvements based on feedback and performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, development, and regional teams globally, acting as the voice of field technicians and installers and supporting go-to-market initiatives

Your skills and experience

  • University degree or higher education in engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or digital offering development, with a strong track record of successfully bringing digital products or services to market
  • Proven experience working with installation and commissioning processes, tools, and workflows within the Fire Safety industry
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset paired with a solid technical affinity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members at all levels across a distributed, global organization
  • Business fluent in English is a prerequisite. German and any other European language would be an advantage
  • Start date upon agreement

Location this role will be based in Zug/Switzerland. Please note that qualified candidates need to be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland.
