The Global Product Manager, Flow Cytometry Routine IVD Assays, is responsible for a portfolio of assays supporting routine clinical flow cytometry applications. The role drives the development and execution of global portfolio strategies to address unmet customer needs, from market assessment and product development through to worldwide launch. In addition, the Product Manager oversees the lifecycle performance of on-market products, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded while delivering sustainable business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Flow Cytometry Reagents Product Management, this remote position is part of the Reagents Product Management team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute a 3 to 5-year portfolio strategy and product roadmap for clinical flow cytometry routine IVD assays, leveraging deep market analysis, customer insights, and industry trends.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including opportunity identification, market assessment, business case development, product development support, launch planning, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management of commercially available products.
• Translate customer, market, and application insights into product and commercial strategies, defining clear product requirements, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development process to ensure solutions address critical pain points and deliver meaningful value in attractive market segments.
• Collaborate across the flow cytometry portfolio by partnering with software, hardware, and solution product managers to develop integrated workflow solutions that address unmet customer needs. Work closely with Product Marketing and Commercial Marketing to maximize portfolio performance and ensure successful product launches.
• Generate actionable market intelligence and strategic insights through competitive analysis, customer engagement, and assessment of external partnership opportunities to inform portfolio investment decisions and accelerate growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life sciences discipline preferred. Candidates with a Master's degree and substantial relevant industry experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years experience in product management, portfolio strategy, marketing or business development in the IVD, Life Sciences or medical device industry
• Strong understanding of clinical flow cytometry workflows and applications, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with R&D teams, key opinion leaders, and end users.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across geographies and functions. Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and communicating effectively with technical, commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strategic, agile, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience developing and managing external partnerships, such as open innovation collaborations, OEM relationships, licensing agreements, or distribution partnerships.
• A MBA degree is a plus

• Estimated travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel
