Job Description

We are looking for a Global Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for workflows within DTX Studio, owning product outcomes and ensuring alignment across teams. This role leads the transformation of our platform into cloud-native SaaS solutions. As Global Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap, drive adoption of cloud capabilities, and shape how clinicians interact with diagnostic imaging across practices, labs, and connected devices.

You will be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes, including cloud adoption, revenue growth, and improvements in clinical workflow efficiency. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure DTX Studio evolves into a scalable, connected, and user-centric solution within the broader digital dentistry ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned software products
  • Drive cloud transformation throughout the software ecosystem
  • Identify, prioritize and create business plans for opportunities that drive growth and customer value
  • Lead the launch of new software, define product value propositions and positioning in the market
  • Own adoption, revenue, and customer engagement metrics
  • Collect voice of customer, sales and other key stakeholders to drive product improvement opportunities
  • Align with stakeholders across the organization including UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Training
  • Setup, manage and evaluate beta/gamma testing efforts
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify strategic opportunities
  • Define Go-to-market strategy and collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams
  • Overall ownership of upstream global product management and support of downstream product management in selected territories

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years in Product Management, R&D or experience with medical devices
  • Experience with launching products in medical devices, preferably software medical devices, or other EU MDR or FDA-regulated businesses preferred
