Here’s what you can expect:

• Developing and implementing the global strategy for your product category
• Taking responsibility for the international expansion and further development of the product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle
• Developing and implementing global product, innovation, and marketing concepts
• Analyzing international market, competitive, consumer, and trend data to identify growth potential
• Deriving well-founded consumer insights as the basis for innovation and portfolio decisions
• Managing international innovation projects from concept development through to a successful market launch
• Working closely with R&D, sales, and local marketing teams
• Identifying new market and consumer potential and generating sustainable growth drivers for the category

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on marketing, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in international product management at an FMCG company
• Experience in developing and implementing brand, portfolio, or innovation strategies
• Proficiency in analyzing trend and market research results to drive consumer insights
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with an independent and structured approach to work
• Very good language skills in German and English
